Hi, I'm Michelle from Living a Majikal Life.!
I'm passionate about mindfulness, living your best you, and enjoying the little things in life. I believe these things are essential for living a happy and fulfilling life.
Introduction to me...
I've been on a journey of self-discovery for many years, and I've learned a lot along the way. I've read books, attended seminars, and experimented with different mindfulness and healthy living practices. I've also learned a lot from my own experiences, both good and bad.
I use a variety of tools in my life to assist in my journey or just to keep track of how far I have come and how I am going.
From oracle cards, astrology, rituals, YouTube videos, meditations, food diaries, art journals, just to name a few.
Through my journey, I've come to realise that mindfulness is the key to living a more present, intentional, and fulfilling life. When I'm mindful, I'm more aware of my thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. I'm also more aware of the present moment and the beauty that surrounds me.
Healthy living is also important but I am human and don't always follow a strict eating regime..
I believe that what we put into our bodies and minds has a big impact on our overall well-being but I also believe that we need to enjoy life and what we eat, so I opt for moderation and I eat a healthy diet most days and special occasions I eat and drink what I enjoy,.
I have a busy life and don't always get regular exercise, or get enough sleep but the journey is to try to improve the areas you need to and not beat yourself up about it. Live in the moment.


Finally, I believe that it's important to enjoy the little things in life. There are so many simple pleasures to be found in everyday life, such as spending time with loved ones, enjoying nature, or doing something creative. When I take the time to appreciate the small things, I feel happier and more content.
I'm still on my journey, and I'm learning new things all the time. But I'm excited to share what I've learned with others and help them live their best lives.
Here are some things you can do to incorporate mindfulness,
healthy living, and enjoying the little things into your life:
Practice Mindfulness Meditation.
There are many different ways to meditate, but the most important thing is to find a method that works for you.
Eat a Healthy Diet.
This means eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. It also means limiting processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats.
Get Regular Exercise.
Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.
Get Enough Sleep.
Most adults need around 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
Reduce Stress.
There are many different ways to reduce stress, such as yoga, tai chi, deep breathing exercises, and spending time in nature.
Spend Time With Loved Ones.
Our relationships are one of the most important sources of happiness in our lives. Make time for the people you care about.
Do Things You Enjoy.
Make time for activities that bring you joy, such as reading, spending time in nature, or listening to music.
