I must say, I do struggle to journal daily, but I soon realise after I haven't written a brain dump or my thoughts out for a couple of days, I feel I need to; I need to get it out of my head and put it onto paper. Some pages I will never read again or they are very scribble written it is hard to read, anyway. The main goal was just to get it out of my head, not make the page pretty.
I find it is very cathartic to get my emotions out, or write out my thoughts that have been circling around for days. It really does feel like I have cleared my mind ready for the next mind adventure..
If you are unsure, Journaling is the practice of writing down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It can be done in a variety of ways, using a notebook, computer, or even just a voice recorder.
